Michael Stringfellow
Michael has been an industry leader in multifamily construction in the Phoenix, Metro area since 1994. In his role, Michael, with his team of quality construction professionals, is responsible for the successful preconstruction, construction planning, problem solving strategies, and execution and completion of all of EOS Builders construction projects. With 30 years of construction management experience in a wide range of urban, rural, mixed income, and suburban high-density projects, Michael has successfully delivered over 15,000 multi-family units. Michael is very dedicated to a hands-on and team orientated approach to the construction process.
Evan Oates
With 20 years of coast to coast and multi-disciplined construction type experience, Evan brings a strong philosophy to each project. ‘Never Abandon Fundamentals’. No matter what challenges exist on the project site, Project Roadmap, Schedule, Budget, Safety can never be compromised. As the four pillars of success, Evan sees his primary role to guide all members of the construction process (owners, design team, vendors, subcontractors) in pursuing these goals.
Craig Edwards
Craig is an Arizona Native and has long standing relationships and extensive construction knowledge in building process understanding for each of Arizona’s major municipalities. He has over 25 years of multifamily focused construction experience, including more than 7,500 units completed. Craig has successfully managed multifamily, senior living projects, K12, and commercial projects throughout the Phoenix area. Craig provides supervision over all of EOS Builders construction projects and helps manage all quality control, LEAN, and safety procedures. Craig has a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
